Terms and conditions - Whole Foods Market ordering service
Orders: Orders must be placed via the online catering store wholefoodsmarketcatering.co.uk. All orders must be placed in advance of delivery or collection, subject to availability (Review the below table for orders and adjustment deadlines).
Order deadlines for Thanksgiving closes at 13:00 on 27 November 2024. Order deadline for Christmas closes at 13:00 on 20 December 2024. You are able to place orders from the following stores: Kensington, Piccadilly, Stoke Newington, Camden and Clapham Junction.
Minimum Spend: No minimum spend is required.
Payment: Payment will be made online via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Information about Stripe’s privacy practices is available in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Delivery: We offer a delivery service via our third-party courier Addison Lee. We only deliver 4 miles from the store you have chosen to place your order with. We cannot deliver to addresses outside of this radius. Delivery costs £10.99 per order and this charge will be collected when placing your order. We are unable to modify orders for alternative delivery points. We provide delivery for Thanksgiving (between 23rd November – 1st December 2024), and for Christmas (between 20th - 24 December 2024). Delivery slots are limited.
Collection: You can collect your order for free from the store where you placed your order. We are unable to modify orders for alternative collection points. If you require a different location to collect, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order with the correct location. We provide collection slots for Thanksgiving (between 23rd November – 1st December 2024), and for Christmas (between 20th - 24 December 2024). Collection slots are limited.
Ownership of products purchased and associated risk of loss, passes to you upon collection or when it is delivered. Whole Foods Market are not responsible for your order once you have collected it. This includes any damage, spoilage, or theft.
Changes to Orders: If you wish to amend your order you must contact uk.catering@wholefoods.com quoting your order number. Review the below table for adjustment deadlines. We are unable to make any amendments after these defined deadlines.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order you must contact uk.catering@wholefoods.com quoting your order number. Review the below table for cancellation deadlines. We are unable to make any cancellations after these defined deadlines.
Returns: If you wish to return any products you will need to bring them to any store with proof of purchase. All returns are subject to our return policy.
Substitutions: We cannot offer substitutes for menu items at this time.
Product Availability: Our catering menu includes items that have specific availability due to seasonality and supply chain. Please click on the products to see when they are available to order from.
Age restricted items: We can only sell alcohol to individuals aged 18 years or over. You may be asked to provide proof of age upon collection or delivery of your order if you look under 25 years of age.
Pricing: Prices shown on our website are valid at the time of placing your order. Collecting your order yourself is free of charge. A standard £10.99 delivery charge is added to all orders where delivery is requested. Confirmation of delivery will take place within 24 hours of order placement. If you live beyond 4 miles of the store where your order is placed, you will receive a refund for the delivery charge and our team will contact you via email with options to collect your order. If you are unable to collect and are not eligible for delivery, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund issued. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, electronic, or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order (or any part thereof) regardless of any order confirmation and you will receive the relevant refund. Promotions, discounts and/or offers available in-store may not be available for delivery and collection orders.

This limitation applies to all losses and damages of any kind, including any direct, indirect, economic, general, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation, loss of data, income, goodwill or reputation, privacy, use, or profits, even if the WFM Parties have been advised or should have known of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of whether you bring an action based in contract, negligence, strict liability, or tort (including whether caused, in whole or in part, by negligence, acts of god, telecommunications failure, or destruction of the services). Without limiting the foregoing, the maximum aggregate liability of the WFM Parties in connection with any order shall be limited to the price you actually paid for the affected product(s) or order for which the claim is based on. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect your contract cancellation rights.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be decided by the courts of England and Wales.
Privacy: Please refer to our Privacy Notice for data about how we collect, use, and share our customers’ personal information.
Miscellaneous: These terms and conditions, including any applicable terms and conditions on our website constitute the entire agreement between you and Whole Foods Market (UK) with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and proposals with respect to your order. These terms and conditions do not and shall not be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, agency or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and Whole Foods Market (UK). These terms and conditions will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable to any extent, then the remainder of these terms and conditions will have full force and effect and such provision will be interpreted, construed or reformed to the extent reasonably required to render the same valid, enforceable, and consistent with the original intent underlying such provision. The failure of Whole Foods Market (UK) to act with respect to a breach of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver and will not limit our rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches.
